Danas su OBNOR 1941-1945. Kotora, Herceg Novog i Tivta položile cvijeće na spomen obilježje u Lipcima, gdje je italijanski okupator 11. februara 1943. godine strijeljao 9 vojnih i političkih rukovodilaca NOV-e Jugoslavije iz Kotorske i Hercegnovske opštine:
braću Sava i Vuka Bećira i sedam istaknutih pripadnika slavnog Orjenskog bataljona: Obrada Dabovića, Paska Dabovića, Dušana Samardžića, Lazara Samardžića, Marka Popivodu, Sima Sijerkovića i Nikolu Šabanovića.

Ovim povodom je predstavnik OBNOR-a 1941-1945. Herceg Novi Zoran Šabanović održao prigodan govor.
