Dana 29. avgusta 2016. godine Kotor je posjetila delegacija veterana-ratnika Češke Republike.

U toku posjete Kotoru posjetili su i spomen obilježje strijeljanih mornara 1918. g. u Škaljarima gdje je među strijeljanima i njihov državljanin František Raš. Oni su tom prilikom, zajedno sa predstavnicima boraca OBNOR-a i UBNOR-a Kotora, položili vijence na spomen obilježje. Nakon pozdravnih riječi gdje im se ispred Opštine Kotor obratio potpredsjednik Tvrdko Crepulja obišli su Stari grad. U Starom gradu posjetili su spomen ploče na zgradi gdje im je suđeno (zgrada Opštine) i gdje su proveli zatvorske dane (zgrada zatvora).

Na kraju su posjetili i Pomorski muzej i nakon zadovoljstva viđenim u muzeju gdje se nalaze i fotografije strijeljanih mornara izrazili veliko zadovoljstvo i zahvalnost što im je pružena mogućnost da sve to obiđu i dali obećanje da će za obilježavanje stogodišnjice izvršiti rekonstrukciju spomen obilježja u Škaljarima.
