Organizacija boraca NOR-a 1941-1945 g. Kotora (OBNOR) povodom formiranja I Proleterske narodno oslobodilačke brigade i 70 godina od formiranja SUBNOR-a Crne Gore, kao i dana JNA, danas organizuje Svečanu akademiju u sali Skupštine opštine, Palata Bizanti sa početkom u 11 sati.

Pored referata i programa u kojem učestvuju učenici osnovnih škola biće dodjeljena i priznanja zaslužnim pojedincima.

Savez Organizacije boraca NOR-a Crne Gore, povodom jubileja, 70 godina uspješnog rada, a za izuzetni doprinos u afirmaciji naše organizacije, očuvanju izvornih principa slavne NOB i njegovanje revolucionarnih tradicija, dodjeljuje Povelju: Luki Stijepoviću, Marku Ercegoviću, Đuru Pribiloviću i Vuku Ćetkoviću.

Pored priznanja SOBNOR-a Crne Gore, opštinska organizacija boraca NOR-a Kotor dodijeliće medaljon Rajku Samardžiću za izvanredan doprinos u njegovanju tradicija NOB-a i njenoj afirmaciji.

Akademiji će prisustvovati, pored boraca, potomaka boraca i njihovih poštovaoca Kotora i predstavnici boračkih organizacija: Budve, Tivta, Herceg Novog, Trebinja i Podgorice, kao i predstavnici vojnih penzionera Crne Gore.
